Retraining of the staff of the partner universities.
As part of the InMotion project, retraining of specialists from Russian and Malaysian universities was held at European Universities: in Bremen, Madrid and Ljubljana.
To participate in the EU retraining, specialists from Russian and Malaysian universities passed pre-selection at their universities. This selection was based on the compliance of retraining participants with the criteria proposed by European partners.
Retraining at European universities was carried out according to the training programs developed by UniHB, UNED, UL.
In particular, the main emphasis in the UniHB training program was made on the use of modern ICT technologies, models and training methods for training of engineers in the field of CMS. The training was carried out in the ZMML, therefore, much attention was paid to the technologies of using the virtual educational environment, multimedia information in electronic training courses, technologies for testing students' knowledge and assessing the quality of their training.
At the UNED attention was mainly paid to using modern computer simulation packages in the training of engineering personnel (Modelica), as well as the use of distant learning technologies for supporting of educational process.
In the UL the main emphasis in retraining was put on the use of Simulink computer simulation packages in the educational and scientific practice of students.
Knowledge and information, acquired by partner universities during retraining in EU universities, were generalized and on their basis their own internal specialists retraining programs were prepared.
In the period from May to September 2017, partner universities retrained their specialists from various target groups. In addition to general meetings on the goals and objectives of the project, classes were held separately for: academic staff, technical staff and administrative staff. In these classes, special tasks were considered that fall within the competence of a specific target groupe.
