Development of competency-based syllabi

PC universities  workув on the development of internationally recognized enhanced syllabi in CMSE for Bachelor and Master level. This work was based on the results of analyses fulfilled in WP1:Preperation and took in consideration the ECTS approach (YEREVAN COMMUNIQUÉ ). This  lead to mutually recognized educational programs within the consortium members.

The Partner Universities from MY and RU developed new or updated the existing Syllabi for the engineering Curricula in their Universities. The basic – fundamental course was developed by the SPbPU - the leading specialists in the field of CMS in engineering education with the assistance of the European partners from UL and UNED. The course “Mathematical modeling for engineers” with light modifications is included as new Syllabi in the engineering curricula of all RU partner universities. The main elements of this course are also included in the updated courses of Malaysia Universities.

 We developed:

Bachelor level: Eight new (29 ECTS) and six updated (18 ECTS)

Master Level: Four new (12 ECTS) and one  updated (5 ECTS)

Doctor Level: Six courses for  CMSE special disciplines with 2-5 ECTS

Recognised /Accredited Syllabi for bachelor level - 12
