Project Management and Quality Assurance Platform
Quality control and monitoring procedures started at the beginning of the project. The project team has developed Quality Assurance Plan (QAP). The steering group (SG) approved it during the Kick Off meeting.
Quality Assurance Plan defines the project’s quality objectives and the procedures for achieving those objectives.
