Road Map for Establishing Double Degree Programs
The road map was prepared using the best practices learned by Novosibirsk State Technical University (Russia, Novosibirsk) during the implementation of the Tempus project MPAM (517138-Tempus-1-2011-1-CZ-Tempus-JPCR). This project is devoted to establishing a double Master’s degree program in Automation and Mechatronics. The project is implemented by universities from France, Bulgaria, Russia, Ukraine, and the Czech Republic. The project goals are both developing methods for harmonization of the syllabi and curricula of the Russian and European universities and establishing the double degree program. The project results were taken into account in the development of this road map. Despite the end of the InMotion project in 2019, the collaboration with the Malaysian and European universities will continue in order to start the international double degree education.
The universities have entered into a partnership agreement to continue work on CMSE topics after the end of the project.
The agreements imply the full cooperation of partner countries universities in the field of educational activities, including the study of the possibility of training students under the double degrees scheme.
